• This is a follow-up package suitable for patients with chronic ongoing health concerns, who require ongoing monthly support. It’s also a good option for those struggling to implement a meal plan, who are addressing addictive behaviours or struggling with mental health concerns.
• Up to 40m appointment time monthly
• Up to 20m messaging support
• Rolling monthly is payable monthly for a duration of 3 consecutive months, then it becomes rolling after. This package is non-refundable once it has started until the minimum 3-month period has finished. If you do not wish to continue, let us know when you receive your reminder.
• Unused time is not carried over to the following month
• When any appointment from this package is cancelled or rescheduled within 3 working days (Monday to Thursday),  the appointment is deducted from package as per T&Cs.
