Naturopath, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Nutritionist & Master Herbalist

I started Anthrobotanica because I wanted to build a practice that works the way I believe good medicine should. Thorough, honest, personalised and effective for the people who have often been most poorly served by conventional healthcare.

I have a particular interest in neurodivergent adults and women with hormonal and mood concerns, and as someone who is neurodivergent myself, I understand at first hand how the healthcare system can feel ill-fitted to the way your brain works and my practice is structured to reflect and support that.

My approach is trauma-informed, which means I take into account the impact of previous medical experiences, chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation on both your health and our working relationship, and it is built into how I structure appointments and how I support you through the process of change.

Functional Medicine

I am a fully certified functional medicine practitioner (IFMCP) with the Institute for Functional Medicine and the only naturopath, endobiogenist, nutritionist & master herbalist with this qualification globally. I have trained with Datis Kharrazian’s Kharrazian Institute and have completed the Institute’s advanced Certified Functional Medicine Clinician and Clinical Mastery certifications.

Vitamorphic Method ®

These disciplines have been brought together in my Vitamorphic Method®, in doing so providing a unique, thorough, and cutting-edge approach to integrative healthcare.

Naturopathic Qualifications

I started my studies in Naturopathy, Nutritional Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Ayurveda, Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, as well as Iridology as part of my traditional Naturopathy training, Traditional Hellenic Medicine & Acupuncture, Curanderismo, Maya Abdominal & Womb Massage, Bach Flower Therapy, Coaching and Genetics & Nutrigenomics, NLP, & Hypnotherapy courses with other faculties worldwide.

Plant and Botanical Medicine

I am a qualified master herbalist with training across multiple herbal medicine traditions, including Western eclectic herbal medicine, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and endobiogenic herbal preparations and spagyric medicine. I also hold training in plant biochemistry.

I draw on the science of plant and botanical medicine as an integral part of my integrative clinical work, alongside functional medicine, nutritional therapy and functional testing. Herbal medicine, when chosen and applied with clinical precision, has a well-established evidence base and remains one of the most powerful tools in my clinical practice.

Bredesen Protocol for Cognitive Decline, Neurological Autoimmunity & Nutritional Psychiatry

I have studied NLP and Hypnotherapy, and I am also a Bredesen Apollo Health Record Practitioner (MPI Cognition), so am trained in Dr Bredesen’s protocol for reversing cognitive decline and have had excellent results with patients on my year-long programme. I have furthered my nutritional psychiatry training with James Greenblatt, studied with Daniel Amen to read SPECT Scans and continue deepening my knowledge in complex neurological autoimmunity.

Endobiogenic Medicine

I have completed a Fellowship in Endobiogenic Medicine with Kamyar Hedayat in Chicago and have completed advanced Endobiogeny training in Paris. I am one of a handful of practitioners who have completed the Certified Functional Medicine ClinicianTM (CFMC) certification and clinical mastery programmes with Datis Kharrazian’s Kharrazian Institute for the management of chronic complex disease, and I am currently completing the Integrative Cancer Fellowship with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

Consultancy, Training & Research

I frequently travel to the USA and Europe to fulfil my CPD obligations and attend regular conferences across both, keeping my modalities current.

I regularly consult and formulate products for supplements, food products, drinks, menus and events, working with skincare, drinks and supplement brands on ingredient and formulation projects grounded in clinical and botanical science. Learn more about my consulting work here. I also attend trade shows regularly to stay current with the best suppliers of wholesale ingredients for these projects, and am currently developing my own lines of products.
