What’s Included:

12 × 20-Minute Monthly Sessions

Option 1: Standard 20-Minute Check-In

• Protocol tweaks and adjustments
• Supplement regimen modifications
• Progress monitoring
• Quick troubleshooting
• General health questions
• Seasonal adjustments

Option 2: Apply Credit Towards Longer Appointment

• Use monthly 20-minute session as credit towards longer appointment
• Available up to 3 times per year
• When credit option is used, that month’s 20-minute session is forfeited

• Priority booking – first access to appointment availability
• 10% discount on all additional appointments beyond membership
• Annual progress review – comprehensive written summary at 12-month mark

Important Notes:

• Sessions do NOT roll over
• If any appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 3 working days of the appointment, the payment is charged in full or deducted from the Health Blueprint as per our T&Cs.
  Working (clinic) days are Monday to Thursday.

Appropriate for:

• Protocol adjustments to existing plans
• Supplement regimen tweaks
• Progress monitoring
• Troubleshooting established protocols
• Quick health queries

NOT appropriate for:

• Clinical notes or detailed write-ups
• Creating new comprehensive supplement protocols
• Full test result interpretations requiring detailed analysis
• New presenting complaints needing investigation
• Administrative documentation (GP letters, insurance forms, medical reports). These require booking standard 40-minute or 55-minute appointment
