• Includes a short intake form. No follow-up messaging support included.
• This appointment is done either online or on the telephone.
• Does not include herbal prescription – this must be purchased separately, Herbal products can be ordered for 3 months before requiring next repet prescription call.
• When this appointment is cancelled or rescheduled 3 working days before an appointment (Monday to Thursday), the payment is charged in full as per T&Cs.
