Bredesen Cognitive Decline & Neuroinflammation Programme
$9,116.81- For those who would like to embark upon a year-long programme to try to reverse or slow down the progression of cognitive decline in either themselves or a family member.Anyone who has a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease (mild-moderate), Parkinson’s disease, cognitive decline symptoms, neuroinflammation or neurological autoimmunity
- For anyone with a family history of cognitive decline and wants to educate themselves on and implement strategies to optimise brain function
- Initial 2-hour investigatory appointment with initial recommendations and clinical diagnostics and findings
- 60m cognoscopy including physical exam, neurological assessment, MOCA and other assessment tools.
- A personalised foundational strategy with dietary adjustments, testing, lifestyle, herbal and supplement recommendations.
- Functional tests, supplements and herbal medicine prescriptions are not included in the cost of the Bredesen & Neuroinflammation Programme.

Partner Microbiome Analysis & Support
$273.50- 30-minute focused consultation including 2 simplified questionnaires completed in advance for an existing patient's partner focused on identifying and addressing potential microbiome imbalances that could impact the health of both individuals.
- Option to complete microbiome testing in advance for discussion in appointment. This can include: stool test, urinary and/or semen analysis, oral microbiome tast, vaginal microbiome test.
- Once a partner session has been completed, they can then be discussed in main patient's appointments provided they provide consent for this, or book their own individual short appointments.
- For this appointment there is no written report or any messaging support. List of recommendations will be sent.
- This is a telephone or video call appointment.

$341.88- This is a specialised 40-minute session designed for physical exam and neurological assessment added to your initial Vitamorphic Health Blueprint or Paediatric Blueprint appointment
- Extends initial appointment from 55 minutes to 95 minutes or can be done as a separate standalone appointment

- This is a follow-up package suitable for patients with chronic ongoing health concerns, who require ongoing monthly support. It's also a good option for those struggling to implement a meal plan, who are addressing addictive behaviours or struggling with mental health concerns.
- Up to 40m appointment time monthly
- Up to 20m messaging support
- Rolling monthly is payable monthly for a duration of 3 consecutive months, then it becomes rolling after. This package is non-refundable once it has started until the minimum 3-month period has finished. If you do not wish to continue, let us know when you receive your reminder.
- Unused time is not carried over to the following month
- When any appointment from this package is cancelled or rescheduled within 3 working days (Monday to Thursday), the appointment is deducted from this package as per T&Cs.
