Description
- Houttuynia cordata is a flowering plant native to Asia, known as dokudami in Japan, which literally translates as poison blocking plant. It is considered a strong antimicrobial, especially against Bartonella, Lyme and other co-infections, it has been shown to counteract excessive histamine release, is anti-inflammatory, is considered anti-viral and anti-fungal, and helps to break down biofilm.
- Houtttuynia is also used in cancer protocols, to downregulate Th2 imbalance in immune issues, and is used in cognitive decline protocols.
