Physical Exam and/or Neurological Assessment Session

• This is a  specialised 40-minute session designed for physical exam and neurological assessment added to your initial Vitamorphic Health Blueprint or Paediatric Blueprint appointment
• Extends initial appointment from 55 minutes to 95 minutes or can be done as a separate standalone appointment

Who it’s for:

Adults:

• Brain fog, poor concentration, memory concerns
• Cognitive decline, early-stage dementia, MCI
• Family history of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, or neurodegenerative conditions
• Neurological autoimmunity (Hashimoto’s encephalopathy, lupus with CNS involvement)
• Post-concussion syndrome or traumatic brain injury
• Anyone wanting to optimise brain function and implement preventative strategies

Children & Adolescents:

• ADHD/ADD concerns or diagnosis
• Autism spectrum assessment and support
• Learning difficulties or processing disorders
• PANDAS/PANS (neurological autoimmunity triggered by infection)
• Tics, OCD, sudden behavioural changes
• Sensory processing issues

• Extended 95-minute initial appointment or booked separately
• Age-appropriate cognitive assessment tools

• Behavioural and mood assessment

Specialised brain health strategy integrated with overall health plan

• Ideally done in clinic, but some assessments can also be done via Zoom.
• Recommendations will be tailored based on our findings, and a summary of findings will be provided.
• This is a good option for those who are interested in our Bredesen and Neuroinflammation Programme but do not want to or need to commit to a full year-long programme but want to have regular assessments.
• When an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 3 working days (Monday to Thursday), the payment is charged in full or deducted from package as per T&Cs.
